Walking is one of the best things you can do
to help you improve your overall health. It lowers your blood
pressure, reduces your weight, reduces the risk of cardiovascular
diseases and even reduces depression. Use the chart to keep
track of your daily walking activities. Just walking 3 - 5
days per week for at least 30 minutes helps your body tremendously.
